Craftwood Kitchens Ltd is a family owned and operated business

Craftwood Kitchens is a family business owned and operated by husband and wife duo Rebecca and Adnan, who have over 20 years design and build experience between them. Their factory was established in the early 1990’s and has been building and installing custom cabinetry ever since.

The company’s key to success has been our focus from day one on delivery of a quality product to achieve customer satisfaction with budget and individual needs always considered. By incorporating all the design and construction services in-house means that we can give the attention and take the care needed in every detail of every job and ensure each aspect of the process works like clockwork.

At Craftwood Kitchens we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver custom solutions for any project. Although our main business is kitchens within the residential market, we often manufacture vanities, wardrobes, laundries and one off cabinets. Because we manufacture our own cabinetry on site we enjoy the freedom to be creative without the restriction of set modules. It is our pleasure to work in with associated trades who help complete your dream kitchen.

Craftwood Kitchens’ 10 Year Transferable Guarantee

Terms & conditions.
  • Craftwood Kitchens offer a guarantee for their products, manufactured in-house, to be free from any defects arising from faulty workmanship, for each and every owner of the property, for ten years from the date of installation. All other products supplied through Craftwood Kitchens carry individual guarantees as specified by the product partners. Craftwood Kitchens will not be held liable under this guarantee for periods that extend beyond our individual product partner’s guarantee.
  • Craftwood Kitchens’ obligations under this guarantee are, at Craftwood Kitchens’ choice, limited to either:
    • Repairing the goods or
    • Replacing the goods (excluding any deleted product lines) and refers to
    • Only those products purchased from Craftwood Kitchens
  • Craftwood Kitchens’ total liability under this guarantee will not exceed the contract price paid by the Customer to Craftwood Kitchens for the goods.
  • This guarantee excludes defects or issues arising either directly or indirectly from:
    • The Customer’s negligence or misuse or any inevitable accident, natural movement of timber, act of God or other factor beyond reasonable control of Craftwood Kitchens.
    • Unreasonable or excessive exposure to heat, sunlight, water or steam.
    • Non compliance by the Customer over the correct care and treatment of any Craftwood Kitchens product.
  • Appliance guarantees and warranties will be voided where clients request cabinetry dimensions other than those specified by the Appliance Manufacturer. Craftwood Kitchens accepts no liability where appliances fail as a result.
  • This guarantee excludes any goods or services which are not purchased from, or contracted, by Craftwood Kitchens.
